1. Should I register before purchase?
You can place an order without registering an account as a guest check out only.
You’re recommended to register an account before your purchase as it eases your future trace of your order, retain your cart items & wishlist your favourite items.
2. How to register an account?
You may click on the Account icon and sign up.
3. I can not find an item. What should I do?
Go to contact us page leave down your email & message or email to online@alphaprogress.com.my
4. What is the ordering process like?
Step 1: Search products and selecting colour and packing size.
Step 2: Add selected product into shopping cart.
Step 3: Proceed to check out and complete your payment by selecting the preferred payment method.
5. What payment methods can I select?
We support Master, Visa Credit, Debit Card, Online Banking (FPX), selected E-wallet payment methods & direct bank-in. No support for cash on delivery and partial payment.

6. Is the payment process secure?
All the transaction payment detail is securely encrypted end-to-end via payment gateway provider: iPay88

7. How long is my order ready for self-pickup?
Your order will be ready within 2-3 working days, once the order is ready we will notify you via email.
8. How long will delivery take?
For West Malaysia, delivery time will be 2 to 5 working days after the order is processed. For East Malaysia, delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days after the order is processed.
9. Where shall I check the order status?
Go to “Account” & “My Orders”, Status will be shown in your Order Detail. For delivery, once the order is “Processed” we will notify tracking no. in your email.
10. How should I apply promo code?
All customer can fill in the promo code during checkout at “promo code field”
11. Am I able to exchange, return & refund my product after making payment?
All return & refund requests will be subject to term & conditions. You are recommended to read our policy before making a purchase.
